WELCOME to the Faculty of Applied Informatics and Mathematics at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences!

Warsaw University of Life Sciences has been providing higher education since year 1816. Its roots go back to Institute of Agronomy in Marymont, the first agricultural institution of higher education in Poland and only the fourth one in Europe. Since that time, the University has grown, and currently consists of 13 departments teaching about 27 000 students in 34 courses still being the largest and best University of Life Sciences in Poland.

The Faculty of Applied Informatics and Mathematics has been established on January 1, 2008 and combined experts in econometrics, computer science, mathematics and statistics working previously at various faculties of the University but cooperating within the Interdepartmental Study of Informatics and Econometrics. The Study was founded in 2001 to meet the increasing demand for highly educated econometricians with deep knowledge of computer science.

We are glad that you are interested in studies which we offer to you. We hope that you will soon make the decision to take advantage of the excellent educational opportunities available at our Faculty. Do not hesitate to ask any questions.
